Where are you products shipped from?
Currently we have warehouses in Australia only. All product sales in Australia are shipped from our Australian warehouse.
We plan to have distribution setup in USA, Canada and Europe by September 2019.

How long does it take to get my order?
We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. Orders will be processed Monday – Friday taking 48 – 72 business hours to arrive for customers in most areas. You will receive an order confirmation once the order is ready to be shipped. All orders are shipped standard shipping, Due to VERY HIGH DEMAND, Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

What are the international shipping rates?
Shipping is included in all orders over $100 and may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and any other fees by your country’s customs department. Orders are shipped from your nearest distribution centre in USA, UK or Australia
Where is my order confirmation?
An order confirmation will appear as your final step in your order process. You will also receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive another email with the tracking number and details.
Where is my tracking number?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received this notification after 72 hours notify us and we will look up your order tracking number for you. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number. A rep will be in touch within 24 hours to assist you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the lead time for delivery of products?
For all orders places before 2pm on a standard business day, orders will be sent the same day.
Otherwise next day orders will be dispatched.
Standard time to receive products is 2-3 business days for most locations around Australia.
If you are in a remote area this may take a couple of extra days.
Deuterium Depleted Water FAQs
What is Deuterium and what are normal levels In water?
Deuterium is a rare but naturally occurring stable isotope of hydrogen. Only 1 in 6500 hydrogen atoms are deuterium. Deuterium levels in drinking water vary with approximately 95% of the global potable water ranging between 143-157 ppm. Lowest deuterium water levels are found at the north and south poles and on top of glacial mountains. The highest levels are found along the equator at sea level and in desert groundwater.
Where does deuterium come from?
Deuterium is a naturally occurring element. You acquire deuterium through the food you eat, the water you drink and the air you breathe.
What are normal deuterium levels in the body?
Deuterium levels differ in different part of your body. Where deuterium is required for biological processes it is high, like your blood (150 ppm). But in your mitochondrial ATPase nanomotor (rotary engine) it must be low or preferably absent as they only use hydrogen to rotate. Some researchers feel deuterium in tissue should not exceed 130 ppm based on levels found in green plants and grass-fed animals.
How can we lower the deuterium content of in body ?
Research shows that decreasing the level of deuterium in the tissues and organs is a natural biological process. However, the body’s ability to deplete deuterium decreases as we get older, sicker and get less exercise or sunlight. The easiest way to influence the deuterium content of our body is to decrease the deuterium concentration of drinking water. This can be complemented by consuming deuterium-depleted foods. Animal fats are low in deuterium and burning fat helps your mitochondria make deuterium depleted water.
Does your body make DDW?
Yes. One of the primary roles of your mitochondria is to produce DDW for your cell matrix. When functionally optimally your mitochondria make all the DDW you require. However, if deuterium build up in your mitochondria you ability to produce both water and energy is reduced.
What foods are low and high in deuterium?
Modern processed food products containing refined and natural sugars, carbohydrates, and proteins, especially when they contain gene modified (GMO) products. Fruits, grains and non-green plants also contain elevated deuterium levels. Other things that increase deuterium are exposure to artificial blue light (especially at night), EMFs from wireless devices and cell phones, supplements and pharmaceuticals. Natural, fatty food like grass-fed meat, wild caught fish and seafood, green vegetables and nuts all have low deuterium.
Is there a way to produce home-made deuterium-depleted water?
The short answer is no, not in a practical way. Home distillers can achieve a maximum 1 ppm decrease and would require the distillation process to be repeated multiple times to achieve a modest decrease. The freezing method is similarly inefficient. Substantial decrease of deuterium content in water can only be achieved by an industrial scale fractional vacuum distillation technology. Mito DDW contains 84% less deuterium than normal drinking water, whereas home methods alter the deuterium content of water by a mere 1-2%.
I’m healthy but would like to know if i should be drinking mito ddw?
It’s not necessary but some people drink Mito DDW to improve athletic performance, to feel even better, to increase cognition, to lose a little more body fat and as an anti-aging tool.
Why 25 PPM?

What's does Mito water come from?
Eastern Europe is the only place that currently has a manufacturing plant for this quality of 25ppm DDW. By supporting Mito you are also supporting our plans to build manufacturing plants in USA and Australia in the next year or two, which will bring costs down, allow for more environmentally friendly packaging and reduce energy required to produce.
Does it come in a plastic or glass bottle?
The more support we get the sooner we can build a plant where our production facility uses glass bottles and ships in bulk, instead of 500ml/16.9fl.oz plastic bottles currently. Because we don’t own the manufacturing plant we have no control over packaging at this point unfortunately.
If I want to drink 2.5L of water a day and I want to end up with all my water at 85PPM, how much Mito 25 water will I need assuming that my water is at 150 on average.
Most water will run 145-155 ppm so to get 85 ppm just dilute your non-fluoridated water 1:1, that’s is half DDW half normal water. Or you could drink 1.25L of DDW (two and half bottles) and then 1.25L of normal water.
If I was getting Pureau water from the supermarket (I live in Australia) and diluting with your DDW, how much would I need of each to make the levels around 125ppm or to a level for improving general health?
“You would need 4:1 dilution that is 4 parts pureau and one part Mito DDW to achieve around 120 ppm (800 ml puruea and 200 ml Mito DDW to make 1L).
Another way to do it is to drink one bottle of Mito DDW and 8 cups of pureau = 2.5 L of water per day at 120 ppm.”

Is Red Light Therapy Safe?
Red light therapy is completely safe for an average healthy individual. According to the FDA, red light used at 633 nm poses a non-significant risk and is also safe for the eyes at that level. Red light goes into the tissue at a depth of 8-10 mm, ensuring that the level of delivery is not only safe but also effective. The results are long-lasting.
What Happens to Our Body During Red light Therapy Treatment?
When red light at 650nm is absorbed at a cellular level by our mitochondria a simulation of intracellular energy transfer occurs. The production of this energy means cell vitality and permeability is increased overall. Production of new collagen, and increased turnover of collagen and elastin occurs during this process, ensuring that the fibers within skin are firm. Scientific studies have also shown that cells grow 150-200% faster upon exposure to certain light wavelengths.
How Does Red Light Therapy Differ from Sunbathing?
Sunbathing typically involves being exposed to UV during the hours of 9am to 5pm (Depending on your location and time of year). UV light produces Vitamin D and provides a tanning effect. Red light however does not have UVA or UVA and is naturally occuring in sunlight at dawn and dusk. There is no risk of sunburn for an by undergoing red light therapy, as our red light devices do not contain the full spectrum of the sun, which can cause damage to the skin upon prolonged or intense exposure. Bare skin exposure to the sun during frist light at dawn and last light at dusk is the ideal way to get red light treatment. How Long Will Treatment Take to See a Desired Result?
Red light therapy will not produce immediate changes to skin, as the treatments are done in a series to effect noticeable and long-lasting effects. This is done over a period of a few weeks. Everyone reacts differently, as not all skin is the same. In general, the best results will be seen in an 8 to 12 week period, or over a period of several months.
Will Red Light Therapy Hurt?
Red light treatments never hurt. Unlike lasers or microdermabrasion, which makes use of abrasion to change the skin’s appearance, these treatments only use light. Unlike These ablative treatments will often use heat and cause small levels of discomfort or pain. However, red light therapy treatments are non-thermal and non-invasive overall. Clients do not report discomfort during red light therapy treatments. The skin may feel warm due to the intensity of the red light treatment over an extended period of time, however, this largely depends on the length of the treatment chosen.
Can Red Light Therapy Hurt or Damage my Eyes?
Unlike sunlight, prolonged exposure to red light does not hurt the eyes. No studies have linked these treatments with harmful effects on the eyes, although it is best to stay safe when having a treatment done. It is recommended that patients not stare directly at red lights during a session. Protective eyewear is recommended, but it is not required during a red light therapy session. The red light is typically easy to handle for the eyes, which are used to seeing in diffused sunlight. Red light treatment rooms contain a lower light level than that diffused by sunlight.
Should I wear Clothes When Doing Red Light Therapy?
The skin that you wish to be treated should be fully exposed to the light, and ideally as much skin as possible should be exposed to the light for maximum mitochondrial repair.

Is your EMF meter geared for 5G?
No portable EMF meters read 5G mm waves. However, our specs reach up to 8 GHz which is more than enough for most countries, USA the exception. 5G meters cost USD25,000 to over USD100,000.
Is the power cord shielded?
The power cord is not shielded but is on our radar to do in upcoming tweaks.
How does your meter compare to the Trifield TF2?
The Mito Meter is hands down better, easier to work with, more reliable for RF/Microwave or wireless sources and very small and not clunky/huge like the TF2. The only reason why I use the TF2 would be if I were looking for magnetic or electric fields in greater detail.
How did you lower the flicker rate?
Flicker rate has been measured and is very low (there is a post in this in our FB group called “Mitochondriacs” which goes through this in detail and compares to another brand.
I assume you have measured the irradiance at different distances, can you provide the measurements and distances?
