Definitions: Mito (Blakes Electronic Integrators) respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website, www.mitometer.com and the services provided therein. Blakes Electronic Integrators thus provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

This privacy notice governs the entirety of www.mitometer.com and any e-mails sent through the website. Please also review the “Terms of Use” at the bottom of this page which also governs the use of this Site.

Visitors” are individuals who visit the Site.

Filing Complaint(s): If the Company does not process your data in conformity of the GDPR, you can file a complaint at the respective authorities. If the respective governing authorities do not address your complaint properly, you have a judicial right to be redressed.

Justifying Tracking Personal Data: Without tracking a minimum amount of personal data – such as your name and e-mail address – the Company would not be able to notify you with updates regarding the Site, or any new products or services that are offered by the Site and/or Company.

Automatic Tracking of Impersonal And Personal Data: The Site automatically receives data from your computer browser or any mobile device. This data includes the original website or app you visited the Site from, what pages you visit on the Site, the length of your sessions on the Site, and what kind of device you’re using (e.g. a smartphone or tablet). This data is tracked through both Google Analytics and Kajabi app. This impersonal and personal data is tracked to analyse trends on the Site as well as improving the user experience.

Tracking of Impersonal And Personal Data For Members: If you become a member of the Site, by buying a product or service, we automatically collect both impersonal and personal data regarding you. Personal data includes your name, e-mail address, and payment information. Payment information consists in your name, e-mail address, and possible bank account number and/or an account name at an online payment processor.

Use of Cookies: Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s computer hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies make using our Site easier by, among other things, saving your passwords and preferences for you. Privacy Statement Regarding Google: The Company and Site Use technology created by Google, called “Google Analytics”. Google Analytics automatically collects data regarding individuals’ use of the Site. Google Analytics collects data regarding the original website(s) individuals accessed the Site from, the frequency of individual’s visits of the Site, which pages individuals access, and demographic data such as gender, age, and preferences. The Company uses this information for marketing purposes directly related to the Site, and for optimizing individual’s user experience at the Site. Google Analytics does not collect personal data such as your name, but does collect your IP address for website behavior tracking purposes. The Company does not relate information from Google Analytics to impersonal or personal data collected at other sources – such as user or member tracking at the Site. Google Analytics puts a longer-term cookie on the individual’s device, but Google Analytics will not share this personal or impersonal information with anyone–except the statistical outcome that is shared with the Company. In no shape or form can the Company reconstruct, access, or track down individual’s personal data on the basis of this statistical outcome.

E-mail Communication: The Company communicates with individuals through e-mails, given that individual’s signed up to the Site’s newsletter with their name and e-mail address. This e-mail address may also be used to provide individuals with offers of products or services, originating either from the Company or one of the Company’s affiliates. Payment Information:  The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user. All credit card information is processed through third party services, such as PayPal and/or Stripe, over which the Company has no control. These third party companies do use encryption and security levels that are standard for this business. The Company is in no way responsible for unauthorized misuse of your credit card information through these third parties. It is an individual’s personal decision to use third party payment processing.

Merger or Acquisitions: If the Company is sold or merges with another company, that other company would be responsible for the relationship to you. The Company retains the right to transfer your impersonal and personal data to the new owners of the Company. The new company would be using your impersonal and personal data according to the current privacy disclaimer. In the case of bankruptcy of the Company the same rights are retained.

Timetable of Retaining Individual’s Data: If the Company no longer has any underlying reason to retain both your personal and impersonal data, that data will be permanently deleted.

Malware; Spyware; Viruses: Neither the Company nor the Site knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.

Children Age 16 and Under: The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 16 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 16 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY.
